- Comtech Telecommunications (CMTL +3.2%) has won an initial $11.7M order from the Army to provide several thousand next-gen mobile satellite transceivers.
- The company’s Comtech Mobile Datacom unit will supply its MT-2025 units to support the Army’s Blue Force Tracking-2 System, designed to offer global real-time situational awareness and networking capabilities.
- The company will begin shipments in the second half and expects additional orders.
